We currently offer shipping within India only.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer the following shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping: Delivery in 5-7 business days.

• Express Shipping: Delivery in 2-3 business days.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the carrier's website.

5. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted shipping partners, including India Post, Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, and other reliable local and international couriers.

6. Delivery Charges

• Domestic Orders: Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on the delivery address.

7. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or courier service issues. We will notify you of any delays as soon as possible.

8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is undeliverable, it will be returned to us. In case of a failed delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

9. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered by customers.

10. Refunds and Returns

For any issues regarding damaged or missing products, please refer to our Cancellation / Refund Policy. If an order is undeliverable or lost, we will initiate a full refund or offer a replacement (subject to verification).

All payments processed through Payment Gateway are secure, and the shipping process will only begin once the payment has been confirmed.
